However, the majority of existing studies have focused on intrapersonal effects, such as the benefits of mindfulness interventions experienced by specific student or teacher samples. Set within a tertiary institution in Singapore, the present research examines the relations of teachers' trait and state mindfulness with classroom and student outcomes as well as the potential mediating mechanisms. |
